CO-FOUNDER AND CHAIRMAN
Zien Hashim brings more than 30 years of commercial experience across corporate solutions, employee benefits and client advisory, with a career spanning Aetna, ING and AIA. His strengths lie in building trusted relationships with business leaders, understanding corporate priorities and developing long-term strategic partnerships.
With a Diploma in Investment Analysis and experience leading community and institutional stakeholder engagement, he brings a relationship-led perspective to business development, commercial assessment and the identification of new opportunities.
MANAGING PARTNER
Mohamed Zaiman Mohd Noor brings nearly 35 years of experience at Bank Negara Malaysia across commercial-bank regulation, financial and risk management, policy development, fund administration and international central-bank relations. A Chartered Accountant with the Malaysian Institute of Accountants, he combines financial expertise with a disciplined approach to governance.
His experience as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Agrani Remittance House includes oversight of regulatory standards, internal controls, management reporting and audit governance. This background provides a strong foundation for risk oversight, institutional accountability and informed business decision-making.
